Let's start with chapters
Hi, I'm Rekha!
I always hear famous cricketers and movie stars say “Mutual Funds Sahi Hai” on television and radio advertisements.
I wonder if a mutual fund is one product or of many types.
One of my friends, Radha, recently invested in a random mutual fund.
She invested all her savings without knowing much about mutual funds.
One day, she had an emergency .
where she needed a huge sum of money
She thought returns from her mutual funds would be sufficient
But she had invested in a mutual fund with a lock-in of three years
She had to take a loan, even when she had her investments.
What would you have done if you were at Radha’s place?
I would not have invested in mutual funds
Understood mutual funds, kept the money for emergencies and then invested
I would have done the same, taking a loan during the crisis
Mutual funds can be ‘sahi’ for your finances if you invest in them after completely understanding them.
Do you have goals like these?
Buying a scooter, or car
Buying a laptop
Going on a vacation
Starting your own business
Financial security during emergency
Planning for your children’s higher education
Planning for your retirement
Do you wish to fulfil these goals with small but regular investments?
Then, let us learn about mutual funds. Keep scrolling!
