Transactions

The process of sending and receiving money with a record of exchange is called a transaction.

Example:
When you give money in exchange for a service or to generate more money by saving/investing it, it is called a transaction. Since the money is used to create profit or for obtaining certain kinds of benefits, like an exchange deal, it is called a transaction.
