Grievance

A grievance refers to a formal complaint made by an individual or organisation regarding a financial product, service, or transaction.
It is a claim that has legitimate grounds for filing a complaint.

Example:
Delay or non- payment of pension or monetary compensation or mis-information by bank or advisor regarding a product can qualify as grievance
