Gold Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) are virtual gold investments and are an alternative to buying physical gold and the value of the investment is the same as the value of gold.
You can invest either in units, SIPs or lumpsum through your demat account. This investment can be traded on the stock exchange and there is no maturity period for a Gold ETF.
