How to get an Endowment Insurance Plan?

Follow the steps given below to get an EIP-

  • Fill in additional details about Sum Assured, Policy Period, and select a plan

Along with the filled in form (in both online and with agent), submit the following documents:

  • Passport Size Photographs

 

  • Age Proof (Aadhar Card)

 

  • Identity Proof (Aadhaar Card, Voter ID Card, Passport, etc.)

 

  • Address Proof (Rent Agreement, Telephone bill, electricity bill, etc)

 

  • Report of Medical Examination

 

  • Income Proof (Bank statement, IT Returns)

 

  • Aadhar Card

 

  • Pan Card
