1.Go to the LIC website or any other Public sector General Insurance Company’s website

2. Search for PMSBY in the website

3. Fill in the application form and provide an Aadhaar card for KYC

4. Make payment of Rs. 20

5. Receive confirmation message on your phone

OFFLINE

1.Go to your bank branch or LIC office

2. Ask for PMSBY form

3. Fill in the application form and provide an Aadhaar card for KYC

4. Make payment of Rs. 20

5. Receive confirmation message on your phone
