Pension related grievances and How to address them?

To register a complaint about pension related grievances, use any of the following methods:

Using the CPENGRAMS portal:

 

  • Click on CPENGRAMS

 

  • Choose the โ€œIndividual Pensioner” option

 

  • Click on the โ€œlodge your grievanceโ€ option on the new webpage that opens

 

  • Choose the type of pensioner. Eg. Civil/ Railways/ Post/ NPS, etc.

 

  • Fill-in the details in the Grievance Registration Form

 

  • Enter CAPTCHA Code and Submit form

 

  • The complaint confirmation will be sent to the mobile number and email id you filled in the form

With the Central Pension Accounting Officer (CPAO)

Lodge a complaint with the Central Pension Accounting Office through their e-form:ย 

Using toll-free number

Call the toll-free number 1800-11-77-88, to file a complaint

You can also follow up on a complaint you have already registered on this phone number.

By writing an email

You can email the CPAO at [email protected] with details about your grievance.

Remember to mention your 12-digit PPO Number on the email.
