Enter the CAPTCHA for verification

Enter your full name and mobile number. An OTP will be sent to your number. Enter the OTP and submit it for verification

Enter your email address, and verify through OTP

Enter your other personal information asked in the online form

Enter the details of your bank asked in the form

Answer all the questions about the complaint through the multiple-choice options on the website

Enter details of the complaint

Upload any relevant documents or supporting files

Click on Review and Submit

Check the summary of the complaint filed in the summary screen at the end of filling the forms

Click on Submit
