How to Close your NPS account?

Your NPS account can be deactivated using the ‘deactivate account’ option in the NPS mobile app.

Please note that no one from NPS, a broker, a bank official or a bank will call you or email you for any OTP, user-ID, password, PIN or any card number and CVV

Is Partial Withdrawal allowed in NPS?

Yes, you can withdraw your investments in Tier 2 of NPS anytime without penalty.

Tier 1 investments cannot be withdrawn before retirement because the whole idea is that you can get a regular pension out of your NPS investments.
