Insert debit card into the card slot at the machine

The machine will automatically display various options on the screen, such as ‘Check Account Balance’, ‘ Withdraw Cash’ Change PIN’ and more Select ‘Withdraw Cash’ and press ‘Enter’

The machine will display different types of accounts, e.g. Savings Account and Current Account. Select ‘Savings Account` and press ‘Enter

Enter the amount in rupees you wish to withdraw. Use keypad to enter the numbers

Check the amount reflected on the screen and press Enter

Now, the machine will ask you to enter your ATM PIN

Enter the 4-digit PIN using the keypad and press enter

Check the amount reflected on the screen and press Enter

Wait for a few seconds to collect the cash from the machine. Count the money and check if amount received is correct

Collect your card from the machine and click on cancel before leaving

If you do not receive cash from the machine within a minute, press the CANCEL button on the Keyboard and restart your transaction
