Check these before talking to the banking correspondent:
Is your Aadhaar Card is linked with your bank account. If it is not, please visit your bank and ask at the information desk in the bank about linking your account to your Aadhaar Card.
Do you have sufficient money in your bank account. Sometimes transactions fail if you do not have enough money in your account. In this case, please deposit money in your bank by following the instructions listed under the section, How can I use AEPS for withdrawing and depositing money in the bank
Other reasons because of which your transaction can fail
A Transaction Error -The NPCI switch not working
Biometric Mismatch – Biometric system mismatch/ error
Transaction Failure but Money Deducted from your Account
