Tell the banking agent you would like to withdraw money from your account and tell them how much you would like to withdraw. The agent will choose the correct type of transaction and will enter your amount into the machine

The banking agent will ask for confirmation, which will be done through a fingerprint or iris (eye) scanner.

The banking agent will provide you with cash for the amount you wish to withdraw

Collect receipt of the completed transaction. You will also receive a message on your registered mobile number from your bank about the transaction.

You can hand over the cash you would like to deposit into your bank account to your banking agent now, and you will receive a receipt of the transaction
