What is PMJAY? Eligibility, how to apply and use

You don’t need to submit an application form or documents to apply to PMJAY.

If your family is a low-income or middle-income family, you are automatically eligible.

To check if you are on the eligibility list or not, use one of these two ways:

Quick Tip

PMJAY can be used only in those hospitals which have been partnered. So, once you get the e-card, make a note of all such nearby hospitals. And go to only those hospitals when you fall sick.
