If You have lost your Debit/Credit card and then received an SMS/email of withdrawal from your account

Received an SMS/email of withdrawal that you did not do or authorize

Follow these steps immediately:

Call your bank’s 24×7 Customer Care helpline

Inform them that you received an SMS/email about a withdrawal that you did not authorise or make

The Customer Care executive/ representative will help you get your money back. It is very important that you inform them immediately!
