Go to https://uidai.gov.in/
Under ‘My Aadhaar’, find the ‘Aadhaar Services’ option. Then select the ‘Aadhaar Authentication History’ option.
You will be redirected to a new page. Enter your 12-digit Aadhaar number.
Enter the CAPTCHA Code. (CAPTCHA code is the letters and numbers on the image)
Now, click on the ‘send OTP’ button which will send you OTP to your registered mobile number.
Select the authentication types – usually demographic and OTP shows results.
Choose the range of period you want information.
Type the number of record you want.
Enter the OTP you received on your registered mobile number.
Details relating to your Aadhaar Card such as the date, time, and type of the Aadhaar authentication requests made in the time period you selected earlier will be shown. You can download the receipt and see as well.
