How to Transfer a Ration Card from One State to Another?

To transfer a ration card from one state to another:

Go to the Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs department office (food office) in your district/area
Ask for the application form
Fill the form, attach 3 passport size photographs, ID proof and address proof
Submit the form and the documents
Pay the application fee
The department will now process your transfer application
